Couple questions about uscellular (Motorola Grasp)?

So I'm getting a new phone next weekend, therefore I'm trying to figure out what phone I want. I saw the Motorola Grasp and I'm interested in getting it. But it says in the details "Get a $50 mail-in rebate on this phone when you sign up for a 2-year service agreement on a calling plan at $39.99 or higher and any qualified data access plan. Rebate will be paid with a U.S. Cellular Visa Debit Card."

So like on blackberrys it says a purchase of a smartphone data plan is required when purchasing a smartphone. But for this phone it doesnt say you do. So a couple questions here.

-Will I need to get a data plan? or will i just have to pay the full 90 dollars and no data plan?
-Does easyedge count as a data plan? because we have easyedge?
-Where can I go on uscellular.com to see how much the data plan and stuff is?

I've been looking on Amazon, Ebay, Overstock, etc for a 32gb or more music player that is a reasonable price... I've looked at touch screen mp3 players, regular ones, and ipod touches (?). I just got my paycheck and I need something that hold a crapload of music and other media! lol I have a lot and my little old black ipod isnt cuttin it! I would also like to find a really good cell phone for US Cellular... I don't know if they have the Droid-but i kinda like that! Any help would be appreciated if I wasn't too confusing :)

If turn off cellular data on iphone will at&t still charge me for data plan?

i just want to use the iphone3g2 as a phone and use the free wifi and not be charge for the data plan, and yes i am with at&t , i dont currently have data plan.. i heard at&t will automatic know when you put the sim card into the iphone, at&t will applied the data plan onto the phone bill.....is that true?

Cell Phone Companies that require no down deposit?

My husband and I are trying to obtain two cell phones that do not require a down deposit/credit check, due to his paycheck being issued 2 weeks from now (started a new occupational position.) Does anyone know of any companies of cell phone carriers that do not require money down and will allow you to obtain the phones, and only require you to pay the bill when it comes in the following month?

I need a new phone but AT&T won't let me buy one?

Long story short my grandma doesn't check the pockets before she put the clothes in the washing machine, therefore a dead GoPhone.

My mom went to go pick up the phone I wanted at the AT&T store however the employee said that she couldn't purchase one unless she was an authorized member of the cellular account. My father opened the account in his name so only he is allowed to buy the phone and still be able to keep the minutes left on the SIM card as well as the same number.

If my mother opened another account I would lose the minutes I have currently on my old phone's SIM card.

How can I authorize [ my dad authorize] my mom as a member to his account? I want to get my new phone before school starts up again which is in 2 days. I've checked the PayGoPhone site and none of the links guide me to a section remotely close to answering my question.

**Please no comments on not getting a GoPhone and simply go under a contract because my parents are against the whole contract business. **

Will a US Cellular HTC Pro 2 work on a T-mobile network?

I bought a US cellular HTC Pro 2 from a friend and i am having a difficult time unlocking it. I have an unlock but i do not even know how to put it to use because the phone does not prompt me to enter any unlock code. So i started to suspect that it's already unlocked but i cannot use it to call. Please help me. Just tell me if it will work on T-mobile or not and if yes how can i get it to work...thanks a lot

I just got grounded lastnight and my dad took my phone away. Ive sent some pictures to my bf that would kill me if my dad ever saw. You go online to our account and look at everything ive sent but I never thought he would know how to do that, but my step mom just mentioned it the other day. So if she knows you can do it, of course he does too. Is there a way I can delete the pictures from the online album but without having access to my phone??!!

Im planning on going back to alltel asap.

im planning on getting the samsung messager touch, with the night n weekends free n after 7 pm free calling, and unlimited texting. and the web. ive looked on us cellulars plan and its $74.95 a month for what i listed on here. but when u check on alltels they dont list everything that us cellular does. they show the plans, like for example on the right when ur selecting it will say for like $89 but u look what u get and it says pay per use texting, well im not gunna pay that much n still not get free txting. so whoever doesnt have a smart phone. and has a samsung messager touch please let me know what im getting into here. ok ty.
john thats not even close. i dont think u quiet know what im talking bout, i dont want two damb phones on two different plans, im comparing but. on alltels site they dont show the right features with ur plan. on us cellular they do

i have an old iphone that had the cellular service switched to a new one and i want to jailbreak only the old one. im afraid that if i download software, it will go onto the new iphone. will the sofware go onto both phones?
