So I wanted a DSLR camera for my birthday but she hasn't mentioned anything like "oh yeah lets go check them out" and my birthday is in two days! What should I do about my daughter's behavior?
She's 12 years old. She is soo stubborn.When she doesn't get her way she wines. Like when my husband said he wanted online because it's my husbands computer she tells him to f*** off. She throws HER kitten around she just HAD to have. When we were shopping in Aeropostale i wanted to buy her some jeans since they were on sale shes like" Jeans is that all you ever f***in care about you dumb b**** what about accessories or tops." She also calls me cheap at the grocery store when i wanted to buy her some orange pop it was on sale but shes like" Eww no it aint the same its not Fanta its Sunkist!!! you a$$hole." She's my only child. She also broke her 2 laptops her HP Mini and a PC my husband gave her she threw a Camera at the PC and stomped on the Mini because the page wouldn't load. She was on my husbands cell phone and was downloading and using the internet on there and its 68$ charges.
The total bill is 210$. I dont even know how she got a hold of my husbands cell phone SHE KNOWS she isnt aloud to use it!!!!. She gets all d's and f's and hardly has friends. She's obsessed with Britney Spears---I've tried getting her into other better role models she HATES them ALL!
Idk what to do anymore!!! She's on this computer 24/7 NOBODY SAID SHE COULD USE IT.
She also clogged up her toilet upstairs with a fucking PLUM i mean how hard is it to throw the plum in the tarsh can?!

I've had this thing with a guy since high school. We never actually made it work. I finally gave up, removed him from all my forms of contact, facebook, msn, and cell phone (when I got a new number I didn't even tell him.) Now suddenly I keep running into him! I never used to see him unless we made plans..I have run into him at the mall, at Adrene's (female accessory store) and at a bar. He seems to be in a committed relationship now.I'm an over thinker, but I just can't shake this feeling of it being fate shoving us back together.

given consent to use credit card, now they're pressing charges?
My aunt gave me her credit card number and all the information for it back in March to put money on my cell phone. I have since then used my own credit card as well. However, her credit card was listed as the primary card on the account. So when I was adding money it was taking it from her card. I thought since I had used mine that mine would be used as the primary card. This is not the case. She has now said she has talked to a police officer, filed a report and it's under investigation with an investigator. I have called her and offered to pay her what I owe her. I don't understand why she didn't call me when the charges first started showing on her account????.....My question is if she gave me consent to use her card can she still press charges or is she responsible for the charges (note: in her statement she told the police that she didn't give me the # I stole it but I have 3 people whom will testify that she did give the # to me and I used it and sent her a check in the amount for the charges because at the time I did not have my card from the bank yet. I have the check on my bank statements Pay to the order is my aunt).....I am currently on pretrial release on a felony theft charge that my ex boyfriend got me into my charges are being dropped to a misdemeanor because I have no other criminal record prior to that and I didn't steal anything but I was in the house and he was with me he stole but I got charge with accessory after the fact, but in my state accessory gets charged the same as if you actually did it. I've talked to my pretrial officer notified him of the situation and I have even offered to reimburse her of all costs in a week when I get paid she refuses to drop charges or take any payment...can someone please help?My mother called and talked to her about it today. She told my mother that she wasn't pressing charges and I could never pay her back what i owe her. But i only owe her so much which i have offered to hand to her cash on the 17th of this month....She lied in her police statement about multiple things that I have witnesses who can and will testify on my behalf that she is indeed lying. It's all a big misunderstanding and I'm trying to be an adult and resolve the matter outside of court but she is being very childish and over reacting and refuses to discuss anything with me. So my pretrial officer told me to get a cashiers check make a photo copy of it and my mother said she will take that to her. So IF a warrant does pop up I can turn myself in and after 10-15 days go to court and my mother can bring all documentation that I paid her back full restitution. and he also said the fact that i even notified him of the whole ordeal was too in my favor.
Since being released and put on pretrial I have complied with pretrial and also retained my previous job before the arrest and even been promoted and given a raise. I've gotten married and changed all my friends making every attempt possible to change my life around. I by no means intentionally charged her card. I NEVER look at my bank statements because I have direct deposit and KNOW what I spend. I just call the # on the back and check my balance before I make any purchases so I know how much I have to spend. If I tried to get over on her, I wouldn't be offering to pay her cash money which is money for my husband, our son and I to get our own home. Which we decided to put on hold just so I can pay her..i'm so upset and worried that I am goin to loose everything b/c of a stupid yet serious mistake that i'm willing to do anything in my power to correct. But I have no compliance with the aunt!!

A reasonable clothing allowance.?
I'm an almost-thirteen-year-old girl, and my parents and I think that the month of my thirteenth birthday I should maybe be given and/or earn a clothing allowance. I think I should be helpful around the house (do my chores, help with siblings, yard work, etc.) How much should a 13 year old get per month to pay for clothing and accessories? I live in Missouri, US so I know I'm probably in a place where the cost of living is less than New York, California, etc. I don't have what most girls have (not to sound greedy) I don't have or get a cell phone until I decide that I have a great need for one and pay for it myself, and my wardrobe is extremely limited. I have two little brothers, and I've never had my own room, but my dad is working on that because he thinks that its important for me to have my own space. I live in a two room one bath house so my dad is building my room in the basement. I love my family(: I know people didn't used to have clothing allowances when they were teens. I was thinking, maybe $70 per month.? I don't know what people my age normally get, but I personally think I should earn it (hey, it's guilt-free.) I love to buy things, but I hate to spend money. Why won't this adapter work?
I have a LG Xenon cell phone. It has a music player on it so i was wanting to be able to use that as my new iPod since my old one is pretty much garbage. My cell phone has a Micro USB plug for the charger and for accessories. So I went online and bought an adapter to go from Micro USB to a 3.5mm jack that way I can use my regular headphones. However, when it came in I gave it a shot and it still played music through the speaker. Any idea why? Is My Story Good So Far?
Um well, I'm pretty young and I actually really want to publish a book. I'm 10 years old and I wrote only one part so far. It's a little, not even one page, but I want to see if it's good so I know if I should keep going or not.Well here it is:
I woke up to the Long Island sun shining brightly in my pale emerald eyes. I used my arms to pull myself up and take the green covers off me. Gazing out the window, I could see Mrs. Lee walking her toy poodle, Snowball, and the corner store where Mr. Jenkins would give Angela and I free ice creams. I looked up on the top bunk to see if Angela was awake. Her eyelids were sealed shut.
“Angela,” I quietly whispered as I softly shook her.
“Angela, wake up,” I demanded.
She stretched her tan bare arms and took a long yawn.
“What?” she mumbled.
“It’s the first day of high school.” I pushed my curls behind my ear. Angela immediately got up and walked over to her cherry wood wardrobe.
“You’re wearing this,” she demanded, as she pulled out an outfit, ready to wear on a hanger. “It would go perfect with your skin tone,” she beamed a smirk at me. I grinned back and got up.
I grabbed my outfit and changed in the bathroom. The shirt was a silk camisole and a cashmere cardigan above it. My trousers fit perfectly, as if they were made just for me. I thoroughly brushed through my extensive ringlet locks and applied my bubble gum flavored lip-gloss. I gripped on to my leather flats and my Aquamarine ring. I put my shoes and accessory on and I took a glimpse at myself in the full view mirror. I clutched my tote bag and walked to the dining table, where our Mother had had pancakes ready for us.
“Where’s Angela?” she asked. I looked up at her and saw she was bringing the breakfast to the table. I set my bag on my dark chair.
“Um, she’s still getting ready. Do you need help, Mom?” I walked over to the kitchen, which had an empty doorway.
“Sure, sweetie, thank you.” I facilitated her and sat down at the table. I looked through my new bag for a few minutes to make sure I had everything I needed. Then Angela came. She was having a conversation with someone on her cell phone.
“Yeah, okay. I’m coming in, like, 10 minutes the most.” Her and her friend exchanged good byes and Angela sat down and joined us at the table.
“So, um, Dad already left to work, right?” I asked my Mother, as I peeked up at her.
“Yes. Are you two done?” she asked, so she can drive us to school. I looked over the round table, diagonally at Angela as she was ogling at her nails that were painted a vivid glowing hot pink.
That's all I have so far. I'm not done though.
Sophie is 14 yrs old and she's starting high school. She's a pretty, smart, and shy young girl. Her sister Angela on the other hand, is 15 and beautiful, popular, and social. What I was going to make happen was that they both have a crush on the same guy and then the guy (Liam) asks Angela out, and doesn't even know who Sophie is. Then, a few nights after, Sophie tells Angela that she really liked Liam. Then they realize that they shouldn't let any guys come between their friendship. I don't know if the story is good. If you know any other parts I should replace or add, please let me know :)

A title I thought was good, would be Twinkling Worlds, because like Sophie is living a totally different world than Angela.
Ummm... well I just looked at ione question and it said that 99.9% of people like to read fiction not life. So now, I wanna add fiction in my story somehow. My sister said I should make it like the two sisters should be twins instead and they discover that they're witches. Is that a good idea? Idk what to choose.

Ok so here's how it goes, my father agreed to 4 cellphones from Solo for $25 on a 3 year term for a set price agreement over the phone. But he decided after I told him about all the problems and crap from that company that he doesn't want the phones and wants to stick with Rogers. We have yet to ever receive the phones after waiting over 1 week after they claimed it would be less then one week we would get them.
