Question #1:

Question #2:
Where can I get a Nexus One (unlocked) in NEW CONDITION for under $620.00?
I know that the Nexus One is a really "original" phone that has been out for a pretty long time. However, whatever technology HTC and Google put in it, this phone still remains 1st place, mainly because of its Android 2.2's power. It makes the phone continue to be better than even the newest phones, because the Android is serious monster here. However, I didn't get a chance to buy the phone at Google, and I am not a developer, so purchasing directly from Google is not an option here. However, I do know that 3rd party stores, like Amazon, continue to sell this overwhelming phone, but at a very expensive price. So I am looking for a store that sells the phone UNLOCKED at under US$620. Please find me a link to a final price tag that is cheap. However, you can be unsuccessful. If you do, I'll let you select another phone that is just as good. Make sure that it is running on T-Mobile, or is factory unlocked. I do not use CDMA technology, either. The following phones are rejected, but if you have a remedy, explain that.
-Blackberry Bold 9700 (It has a huge keyboard, and a small screen, and I'm not comfortable with this type of design)
-Apple iPhone 4 (I hold this phone in a way that there is a chance of "antennagate")
-HTC Evo 4G (The phone cannot be purchased factory unlocked, and I don't like its size)
-Samsung Vibrant (A great phone, but I'm not risking my money on Samsung)
Try to find a phone that is good and at a cheap price, also working with T-Mobile. However, if you can find a cheap Nexus One, I'll be very satified.

Question #6:
Can you use a Blackberry without the blackberry monthly service?
I was using my Blackberry with my T-mobile's internet plan on an unlocked T-mobile Blackberry phone until all of a sudden they blocked all internet access unless I purchase the expensive Blackberry internet service!!! Is that the case with all phone carriers or just T-mobile? Seems so shady to switch it up like that. T-mobile blamed it on blackberry until I confronted them both and they're both in it together as t-mobile gets a cut of the expensive monthly service so they both agreed to disable everyone it detects has a blackberry without the blackberry service.I wasn't using the actual Blackberry features, just the T-zones inernet access that I already pay a monthly fee for but they disabled that unless I get the whole blackberry features I don't want/can't afford. Sucks how greedy they are, I've been a client 9 years and they don't care.
I guess I'll might as well switch to ATT and get the iphone instead, might as well for the same price.

Question #14:
Contract phone conundrum?
I have a friend who bought an iPhone on a T-Mobile 24 month contract for a friend of hers, since her friend's credit was bad. Her friend agreed to pay £15 a month for the contract, but just needed her to take out a contract in her name since her credit was terrible. Now, the friend says that she has lost the phone, and now refuses to pay the money, however, my friend then received a bill for £75 which shows that someone is still using the phone. When the contract owner called T-Mobile, she was told that she has to keep paying, regardless. What I'd like to know is that, is there any way the verbal contract with the friend can be reinforced legally in this situation, so that the the friend still has to keep paying the £15 like she said she would?
