I wanted to get the LG gossip phone and the dude told me that there was only one left but it was an unlocked one, so it would be more expensive. I said okay. But whhaaattt the hell does unlocked even mean??
And why is it better than one that is locked?

I got my iphone stolen from my bag @ Universal Studios last summer, and ever since i've been using the LG shine that my mom had...over 3 years ago. So it's been 'malfunctioning' a lot (black screen, shuts off itself, discolored lines pop up on the screen, no signal 75% of the time) and was thinking maybe i could upgrade now even though my 2 year contract ends on October 26. Do you think i could get a new phone, thinking about a Blackberry Torch, for the upgrade price?

can the LG rumor touch on virgin mobile be pay as you go or does it have to be the beyond tlk thing?

(i hav virgin mobile) i got the LG rumor touch and i had another fone but wen i tryed to swap the fones it said it couldnt process it and i started reading and it said my fone was pay as you go which i knew but on the book thing frum my new fone it says beyond tlk so can i use the rumor touch on pay as you go? or does it have to be the beyond tlk thing?

new monitor problem!?

I bought an lg w2243s monitor yesterday and when i connected it , it only showed my screen correctly in 1024*768 resolution and when i try to set it higher it doesn't fit the screen ( screen is 1920*1080 max ). How do i fix this problem???

LG Rumor Touch Texting Problem?

Alright, I got an LG Rumor Touch with Virgin Mobile and everything was working fine and then yesterday the texting went all wrong. I would send one and it wouldn't go through. My friends would text me but then I wouldn't receive them until almost 5 hours after the fact. Help?? Is there something I'm doing wrong or what? I just got another "Top-Up" card so it's not like my account is low; plus I get unlimited texting, web, everything except calls. Could someone PLEASE help me out here?

My phone is an LG Chocolate 2 (VX8550) from Verizon, which contains a decent music player with 2GB of removable (microSD) storage and Bluetooth communications. My car is a 2002 VW GTI 1.8T with the pretty good Monsoon audio system, which includes an AM/FM radio as well as CD and cassette players, but no Bluetooth support and no inputs for an MP3 player. I was hoping I could insert some kind of device in the cassette deck, perhaps, that would accept input from the cell phone via Bluetooth or a cable.
